Fitness Integrated Training (UFIT)
Ultra Fitness Integrated Training is an all-encompassing approach
based on the following formula: BODY + MIND + EMOTION = RESULTS.
To
quickly explain it, let’s use a car analogy. Your body
is the car’s body; the mind is the steering mechanism
and your emotions the engine. Your mind directs your body
and your emotions drive your body towards your destination
(goals). Your nutrition is the fuel you put in that can help
or hinder your progress.
This
is the method Ultra Fitness has used to help hundreds of people
accomplish their health and fitness goals: shedding excess
body fat, recovering from injury, developing their neuromuscular
system and improving their athletic performance.

training is based on the latest research and cutting-edge
training techniques delivered in a persuasive yet non-intimidating

Background
- Curb Ivanic & Ultra Fitness
Curb
founded Ultra Fitness in 2000 and since then he has developed
a reputation as an innovative, knowledgeable and effective
trainer, speaker and author. In addition to his education
and professional training, Curb has spent hundreds of hours
studying fitness, health, nutrition, success and achieving
peak performance. He enjoys playing in the great outdoors
around beautiful British Columbia.

Ross
Ballard
A former Olympic Indoor Volleyball
team member for eight years, Ross brings his high performance
attitude, knowledge and skills to Ultra Fitness. With many
years of athletic experience, including 10 years of playing
volley in Europe, Ross is an athlete, coach, trainer and teacher.
Ross is able to help to create positive challenging environments
where results happen, and clients achieve their fitness and
heath goals.
Ross’ interests include playing professional Beach Volleyball,
coaching both indoor and outdoor volleyball, knitting and
golf.

Jaclyn
Arduini
B.Sc.(Kin.),
Registered Kinesiologist
Jaclyn Arduini is a Simon Fraser University graduate with
a degree in Kinesiology specializing in Active Health and
Rehabilitation. She also holds a certificate in Health and
Fitness from SFU.
Jaclyn
chose to make her degree hands-on by compiling over 2000 volunteer
hours with SFU Physiotherapy and SportMed BC as a trainer
for soccer, football, track, lacrosse and volleyball.
A
varsity rower in high school Jaclyn switched to running in
university and has completed 3 marathons, 4 half marathons
and numerous fun runs. Having hated running in her youth this
was a surprise to friends and family, and goes to show that
you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Although
new to the personal training world, Jaclyn brings with her
enthusiasm and a willingness to learn that will motivate you
to be your best.
