Isn't Enough!

Nutrition Workshop

Despite
what you may have been lead to believe, exercise by itself is NOT
the way to effectively lose weight, increase your energy & improve
your performance.
From the Desk of: Curb
Ivanic, MS, CSCS
I know it may seem
contradictory coming from a personal trainer but I'm telling you
the truth when I say that exercising alone will not help over 90%
of the population achieve maximum weight loss. I don't mean to imply
that exercise isn't important. There are many great benefits to
exercise and it must be included in anyone's health program...
But
if you neglect your nutrition, you'll limit or worse, counteract
any gains you make from training.
I've been a trainer, coach and speaker for 10 years and
I've seen the evidence first hand. I've seen people bust their butt
in the gym for weeks but only drop 1 - 2 lbs. in weight and still
have higher than expected levels of body fat.
Why?
They didn't pay attention to their nutrition.
Scientific research backs up my observations. Studies prove that
programs including both exercise AND nutrition have much superior
results in terms of weight loss and performance enhancement.
Now you may been thinking "All I have to do is exercise and
go on a diet."
But the solution isn't as simple as "going on a diet".
I've done a lot of nutrition
research over the last 10 years. I've read many of the fad diet
books, reviewed scientific studies, have taken graduate level nutrition
courses (I hold a Master's degree in Exercise Science) and many
other nutrition courses and programs.
A "diet" to
many people means just cutting back on the amount of food they eat
to drop their weight. This may work in the short term but then the
weight comes back on after they stop their "diet".
Even worse, some fad
diets or cleanses have you follow dubious protocols that can actually
cause health problems.
Many highly hyped programs
promote bogus claims of their secret ingredients but there is no
magic bullet when it comes to healthy nutrition. Taking a certain
supplement or herb isn't going to shed the fat from your body.
For
optimal weight loss and improved performance, your program needs
to focus on your metabolism.
The best approach is a nutrition plan that you can actually follow
long term and is backed by both sound science and real world results.
In the past I've offered
12-week Total Body Transformation and Metabolic Makeover programs
that covered nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. While these programs
were a big success with the participants, they cost up to $599 and
were done over 12 weeks.
"Program
is one of a kind.."
"The program is one
of a kind, our instructor, Curb is a great motivator. I
sleep much better and my energy level has reached the clouds.
Thanks a lot Curb, your positive
energy definitely helps & motivates!"

Many people have
asked me if I could offer a shorter and more economical version
of the program. So I've put together a 3 hour seminar that will
teach you the most important principles of my longer programs.
| "Hunger
diminished.."
"I have been living
with Type 1 Diabetes for 28 years and by following the guidelines
of the program I have decreased my daily insulin intake
by 33%. Since I have been following the program my hunger
has diminished and I finally feel full after a meal. I don't
need a cup of coffee in the morning to start my day and
my energy level has increased. I
feel like a kid again!"

I've condensed the material
down to the nut and bolts that will give you the optimal strategies
to maximize your weight loss and increase your energy.
"Lost
close to 20 lbs.."
"I had a goal to lose
10 lbs. and lost close to 20. I
lost 3 inches off my waist and hips. I found the
program very informative and interesting."

P. S. Over
90% of people fall off their New Year's resolutions by the end of
January. Don't be one of the many who fail to reach their goals.
Most people make resolutions but forget to design a plan to achieve
those resolutions. By failing to plan you are planning to
fail! After
taking this seminar you will have a sound nutrition plan (not a
diet) to maximize your weight loss and improve your performance.
