By clicking the Pay Now button below you will be taken to the Paypal website to complete your payment. You will be charged $99 plus GST and the receipt will show the merchant name as Ultra Fitness.

Further instructions and information will be emailed to you prior to the course date. Refunds for cancellations will be given until January 19. There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations after January 20.
